Prepare Your Garnishment Homestead Deed.

You will need the following:

• A copy of the Garnishment Summons for the information on who is garnishing and the court that issued the garnishment;

• The amount that has been garnished or will be garnished by the time your file the deed;

• A copy of any and all prior homestead deeds filed.  If you have filed a Chapter 7 any time in the past it is likely you filed a prior homestead deed.  It would be located in the Circuit Court of the city or county where you lived when you filed the bankruptcy.

• You will complete the deed information first then be directed to the checkout process for payment.
