We do not authorize the use of the Site for purpose of gathering information for or transmitting unsolicited bulk commercial email over the Internet to listees, affiliated attorneys or other third parties. Internet email sent to or through our computer systems or to listees, affiliates or other third parties containing invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other deceptive addressing is deemed counterfeit; the sending or attempt to send counterfeit email to or through our computer systems is strictly prohibited. Email that is relayed to or through our computer systems from a third party’s mail servers without permission of such third party, or which employs a similar device to hide the real source of the email is also strictly prohibited. We prohibit anyone from sending email to or through our computer systems that violates these Terms and Conditions of Use. We further prohibit the harvesting of email addresses from the Site for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk commercial email.
The limited licenses and permissions granted to you by us above terminate immediately and automatically if you breach any of the Terms and conditions of Use. Upon any termination, you agree to destroy any downloaded or printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained on the Site or the Solution may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.
Certain sections of the Site may require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. Your registration must be done using your real name and accurate information, even if the feature permits you to post a question anonymously or interact using a screen name. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information by emailing [email protected].
Each registration (including username and password) is for your personal use only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. In connection with the use the Site and the Solution, you may be asked to provide personal information in a questionnaire, application, form or similar document or service. This information will be protected pursuant to our Privacy Policy. In addition, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, and fully sub-licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish and translate this personal information solely for the purpose of enabling your use of the Solution. You may revoke this license and terminate rights held by the us at any time by removing your personal information or contacting us at [email protected].
Use of the Self-Generated Deed Software Solution.
On the Site, through our Solution, and through certain partners, we offer self-help “fill in the blank” forms to self-prepare a Virginia Homestead Deed. If you purchase a self-generated document or download a form on the Site or the Solution, these Terms and Conditions of Use control. You understand that your purchase, download, and/or- use of a form document is neither legal advice nor the practice of law, and that each form and any applicable instructions or guidance is not customized to your particular need, problem, situation or circumstance. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE WILL BE PERMITTED SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU GIVE US NOTICE OF ANY DEFECT IN YOUR SELF-PREPARED VIRGINIA HOMESTEAD DEED TO CORRECT THOSE DEFECTS.

Where possible, compliance with the CANN-SPAM Act will provide opt-out options to terminate any contact. You further agree that such opt-out options are not required. You agree to use opt-out options provided in the communication. Force Majeure.
Neither you or we shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. In the event, any form generated on this website is used in a court proceeding the user is advised to retain counsel to assist and attend the court proceeding to insure the best outcome. User agrees that presentation of this website for the creation of a homestead deed and information related to the use of the homestead deed does not constitute constitute, imply, nor should be construed to support or direct that the user should act without an attorney in any court proceeding or legal filing. Users are advised they should be represented by counsel in all phases of a legal proceeding in and out of court. In the event a debtor chooses not to be represented they accept responsibility for the outcome of the legal proceeding.

Users agree that upon receipt of the homestead deed provided by this website, they will review the deed for correct spelling, accurate completion, to insure all assets are listed as intended and amounts are accurate. User agrees that the filing of any homestead deed with a land records office will constitute their agreement that the content is as they intended and correctly completed by the provider. In the event, an error or omission is detected prior to the filing of the homestead deed, user agrees to contact us at [email protected] to make corrections at no costs.
Delivery of the homestead deed or any other product purchased on this website will constitute termination of any agreement to provide services. User agrees that once a homestead deed or any other form provided by this website is filed corrections or amendments to the content of the deed will constitute a new purchase requiring an additional charge before any services are provided.
*The price advertised includes delivery within 72 hours of completion of the required form or payment, whichever is last. For delivery earlier than 72 hours a rush charge will be charged. User agrees to contact provider at (757)581-1250 if delivery is not received within 72 hours.
User understands and agrees that “attorney review” does not constitute representation in any legal proceeding nor a review of any and all background legal issues that have propelled user to seek creating a homestead deed. Nor does attorney review include any legal advise on whether using a homestead deed is the best legal option. User agrees that “attorney review” means reviewing the final draft to insure the format complies with the requirement of the Code of Virginia for layout and other legal requirements. User further agrees they are the creator/author of the deed. Any modifications, corrections, or changes made during the “attorney review” do not constitute change of authorship.
