Attorney Review and Confidentiality
A licensed Virginia attorney reviews the information you submit in connection with preparing your Homestead Deed. Submitting your order forms a limited attorney-client relationship solely for the deed review described in our Limited Engagement Agreement; it does not create a general attorney-client relationship or an engagement for broader legal representation. Communications about any other matter are not privileged unless and until you sign a separate engagement agreement with MLG for that matter. Please do not use the Site to submit confidential, time-sensitive, or privileged information about any matter outside that limited scope.

We may use artificial intelligence-assisted tools to help prepare drafts of documents, filing instructions, and related materials from the information you provide, and to support customer service functions such as chat. Any AI-assisted output is reviewed by a licensed Virginia attorney before your documents are delivered. See our AI Disclosure Policy for more information.
